Schooley Mill practice with Poppy at the baseball field. She launched every time with only one slight pressure EC when some people walked past. It's a 70 degree day, windy, and lots of people walking their dogs nearby.
Jumping at the horseshoe pit. We only did that one direction because Poppy would not be able to see the horseshoe stake jumping the other way.
Jeanne and Poppy practicing
ReplyDeleteFinally, I had time to review these videos. The 'Jump' is awesome, but Poppy is athletic and needs a cleaner runway so get out your High Jump from long ago and start using it. This was a great impromptu training through!
ReplyDeleteOn the retrieves. GOOD WORK. Nice handling, good repositioning Poppy Jeanne, great coaching from Janet-:)
Questions?
1) Was Poppy hot? Temperature wise or from running?
2) Pull up on the flat buckle collar to get her to Sit.
3) Interesting avoidance behavior with the pawing and standing-:)
Keep it up. Can't wait to see what 'Tunnel of Distractions' you set up for Poppy's Lesson 4 EXAM this week.
Miss you all
