Retrieve course week 4 exam

We found a good place and situation that hits the high distraction criteria.

Good effort, but not a pass. Why? Because on Fetch # 4, Remi failed to follow through with the command given AND your Lesson 4 EXAM distractions is not sufficient to test Remi's understanding. Actually, Remi was doing ok in very low distractions, BUT you broke one of my cardinal Retrieve Class rules which is the following:
    1) DO NOT ADD OR TAKE AWAY ANYTHING I HAVE TAUGHT YOU TO DO.

Distance ALWAYS erodes control, ALWAYS. By working Remi in what I consider low distractions AND by increasing the distance of the retrieve (which is HIGHLY unfair to Remi), you set her up for a breakdown in understanding that 'Fetch' equals = 'mouth on item'. Dustin, push Remi to far, to fast which will result in over-correcting and she will breakdown and quit on you.

Instead, set her up to succeed by doing the practices AND EXAMS exactly as I have instructed, and you will in time have a stellar hunting dog.

    Redo this EXAM. Pointers:
    1) HIGH and NEW distractions in a TUNNEL
    2) Square up
    3) Bump her with your left shoulder when she leans into you
    4) Stay at 6" ONLY
